- Main Hosts: Morocco, Portugal, and Spain will host the vast majority of the tournament's 104 games. This will mark the first time the Men's World Cup is hosted across three continents and the first time in North Africa.
- Centenary Matches: In honor of the first-ever World Cup held in 1930, one opening match each will be hosted in Montevideo (Uruguay), Buenos Aires (Argentina), and Asunción (Paraguay).
